About
About AnyPS5.blog
An independent, unofficial site that keeps track of AnyPS5 and explains it in plain language.
What this site is
AnyPS5.blog covers AnyPS5, the open-source project that converts PS5 executables into native Windows and Linux programs. We are not affiliated with the AnyPS5 developers, its contributors or Sony Interactive Entertainment, and we do not speak for any of them. The project's official home is its GitHub repository.
How we source and update information
- Live numbers (stars, releases, file hashes, implementation progress and the official compatibility
table) are read automatically from the GitHub API, the repository's
COMPATIBILITY.mdand the project's publishedprogress.json, about once an hour. Each of them shows when it was last synced. - Community game results are reviewed by hand from discussions, issues and pull requests in the official repository. Every game page links its sources and says which build produced the result.
- Guides are written from the official documentation and source code for a specific release, with the date we last checked them. When we have not run something ourselves, the page says so.
What we never do
- Host, mirror or link game files, firmware, keys or modified AnyPS5 builds.
- Explain how to dump games or jailbreak a console.
- Present a testing-branch result as something the official download can do.
- Accept payment to change a game's status or a recommendation.
Corrections and contact
Spotted a mistake or an outdated statement? Email hello@anyps5.blog with the page and, ideally, a link to the upstream source. We fix factual errors as soon as we can verify them. Problems with AnyPS5 itself belong in the project's issue tracker, not with us.
